These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our tutoring services. By subscribing, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Payment and Subscription

• Our services operate on a pre-subscription basis. Payments must be made in advance of scheduled lessons.

• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must inform the tutor at least 14 hours before the scheduled session.

• Cancellations made less than 14 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session fee, and no refunds will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

• Fees are non-refundable except in cases of tutor-initiated cancellations or extraordinary circumstances as determined at our discretion.

4. Lesson Conduct

• Students are expected to arrive on time for scheduled lessons.

• Sessions missed due to lateness without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Tutor Responsibilities

• Tutors will provide well-prepared, personalized lessons designed to meet the student's specific needs.

• In the event of a tutor cancellation, the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

6. User Conduct

• Parents and students are expected to communicate respectfully and adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and guidelines.

7. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of repeated no-shows, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior.
